POEM: "SKOLOMBO: THE UNSUNG CREATIVE MINDS" - Isaac Macrock ™

SKOLOMBO: THE UNSUNG CREATIVE MINDS

Life proves a fallacious fact
Pleasant experience, survival’s quest
Illegal morality looms intact
The street… rusty champion crest
Regurgitation junk-yard’s content.

Curiosity prompted a question…
“Self-parenting evolves at infancy?”
Unfathomed street-code mysteries, with tension
Discretional to survive childhood agency?
Dumb phenomenologies amidst controversial intent.

“Skomon!... nomi phone, abobi!!!!”
Guess the predator’s facial expression
Victimizing pedestrians in contrary irony
Urchins prove co-operate in illusion
The street… Ready, to live… anyhow! While potent.

Willing to know?
Twas etymologically christened Etim
Dwelt overtly… everywhere through Atimbo
Perfect! A circumstancial infant victim
Corrupted quotient earned me the suffix: Skolombo.

Spelt-out of controvercial pleasant doom
Testimonials of infant consciousness
I was cropped-off! Street loom
Tagged, “Discarded to ruin!” infected righteousness
‘Ekpiri Ifot!’ upheld ideologies in limbo.

Ignorantly fomented fracas
With anxiety of the unknown
Experienced trendy horror scenes, crackers
I revolutionized my insecurity on loan…
Un-intentionally parenting my livelihood.

“A disaster to communual livelihood”
Refered to me… us! Said a correspondent
“The nuisance against brotherhood”
The accolade pours in… no respondent
Persecuted to our fate, lurking amidst neighbourhood.

Gaze into my red eyes
Was no planned colouration
Infected! …stop telling our truthful-lies
Street syndrome infection
And… no entity cared…

And I became a lawyer…
Waking up to aggressively fathom
“It was only a dream?” reality’s a liar
Deep inside… my realities exceed phantom
With off-the-hook creativity, still no one cared!

What the world needs
Earth’s earnest cravens
Solutions with awesome deeds
Un-glaring potentials, inbuilt carvens
I am creatively creative.

Ambitions, still intact
Though education is overtly off-reach
Positive dreams I hold, to create an impact.
I may be the voice others need, on-reach
I am not skolombo… but the unsung creative mind.
